A great horned owl in the fall foliage. After spending 2 hours looking for this owl, I happened to glance to my left into the woods at the right time to notice a blob of feathers sitting in the tree. To my luck, this owl wasn't bothered by the leaves crunching under my feet as I approached and I was able to take a some pictures while it relaxed in the tree.
