The big rams gather during the fall to begin the rut which is a great time to see the Rams at their largest and most active. The Rams with the largest curl will have a good chance to be the king ram. What I like about the big Rams are the intricate details on their full curl that create a natural frame highlighting their beautiful almond colored eyes and if they stay still long enough it is a bonus capturing a reflection of the mountains in their eyes.
