This is a photograph of a gorgeous Canada lynx feeding on remains of a moose by the Fort Nelson River in northeast British Columbia. It was a gorgeous winterlike day in mid-Autumn with fresh snow on the ground and the temperature hovering near -25°C. When I arrived at the river, the cat was comfortably resting at the edge of the boreal forest on the river bank. She then strolled down closer to the river where she stayed busy for nearly an hour filling her belly.
