We were walking across the 'Old Airfield' near Lake of Two Rivers in Algonquin Park, heading to the bike path. The moose stopped on the trail at the edge of the woods. He roze, we froze, I managed to get one shot. He then started to eat, we waited, eventually he wandered into the woods and we continued to the bike trail. We were staying at Killarney lodge and the staff were amazed at how close we'd been and the shot I got.
