Post-rut sparring got a little rough at times between these two bucks. The one on the left seemed more experienced and would provide feedback and encouragement to the buck on the right. They would rest for 30 seconds and go for a minute or two locking up and trying to pin down or twist out. It was great to capture a tender moment shared between these two white tails.
