I found this little owl up a mountain near the snow line. It flew in close to me and I spent four hours there with it. It almost seemed lonely and happy to see someone. I was amazed it just stayed there and had no interest in leaving. Its was still sitting close by when I left hours later. I always feel so grateful when wildlife accepts me in their space with no fear.
