While out for a Sunday drive today just north of my city I spotted this ghost like bird. After being able to park my car on the side of the road I realized it was a Leucistic Red-tailed Hawk. Not too often you see them in the wild, so being able to photograph from inside my car was awesome. Bird of the winter for me this hand down. Photographing a bird of any kind on the roadside is not my normal approach but I made an exception for this beauty today.
