We usually look to the sky for rainbows - I look to the whales. Once in a while when the light is right you see a rainbow pass through the blow of a whale, also known as a "rainblow". This is one of the most beautiful, vivid "rainblows" I've ever seen. "Slalom", the humpback pictured here, brightened a grey BC day when he showed us that whales are what's at the end of the rainbow - not pots of gold.
