Wildrose's Endings
I met with a few friends at a local swimming spot, Kelly's Bathtub, a spot we had planned to check out for weeks. The water was a beautifully calm pristine glass. Behind us, a man-made wall held back the hillside, creating the small beach. A few wildflowers dangled over the edge, dripping with last night's rain.
Nature's Easy Chair
On a hike over the summer with friends, we spotted a marmot appearing to recline on a rock easy chair. As we ate our lunch, the marmot sat there surveying the beautiful landscape. We left and still the marmot remained, so I pulled out a different lens, resting it on some rocks, and snapping some shots of the marmot seemingly relaxing.
