Flight night
After an intense fly by from this Short-eared Owl, a Northern Harrier swooped in to steal the Owls dinner. An intense fight ensued and despite the Harrier having the high ground, the Owl managed to chase it off and enjoy it's vole in peace.
Take-out
This Short-Eared Owl chose to fly low and away from prying eyes as it looked for a spot to eat it's hard earned meal.
