High Alert
I stumbled upon this juvenile Bald Eagle shortly after it had caught a Mallard duck. It was getting harassed by a coopers hawk who kept flying down trying to take its food. This photo was taken as he peaked his head up looking for the hawk.
Last To Fall
This Anna's Hummingbird photo was taken near the end of fall with the last of the yellow birch tree leaves as the backdrop.
Scratching An Itch
This photo was taken on an overcast day as I patiently waited for a kingfisher to arrive I was greeted by this beautiful Great Blue Heron who stopped for a moment to scratch an itch before it carried on fishing.
