Barred Beauty
Today I had the absolute honour to photograph a barred owl, only my second ever type of owl I’ve photographed. After months looking for one and following so many reports of sightings from others, I took another trip this morning and finally saw this pretty little lady. She was unbothered by my presence and had a good nap while I had the chance to play around with various areas and backgrounds. So thankful for the opportunity to share some time with this peaceful, beautiful owl. I couldn’t help but smile the whole way home.
