"Chestnut Sided Warbler In Grass" by Debbie Oppermann. This Chestnut Sided Warbler, Setophaga pensylvanica, has very distinctive coloring with a yellow crown, white breast, chestnut or reddish streaks and a black mustache. It's song sounds like, "please please pleased to meetcha." An insectivorous bird whose habitat is second growth and scrubby woods. This little songbird was flitting among the low bushes and wildflowers, then decided to just rest in the grass.
