This morning it was -30C. I saw the one moose bedded down by the willows, as I moved to get a better position and background behind the moose, a second moose came out from the willows. The first one got up and the two looked at me for a long time. It was very windy that morning and as I was down wind they spent a lot of time trying to discern what I was. I took my photos and backed away and left them still in the same spot.
