Lynx are very hard to find and often when you see one it is only for a fleeting moment. I had only caught a quick glimpse of this Lynx as it hurried through the woods and thought I wouldn’t see it again. They are often watching us but remaining just out of sight because they are shy animals. I was surprised to come across it again, camouflaged in the late fall colors crouching down looking curiously at me.
