It was a rainy day with wind and sunny breaks so I could catch the swans in a variety of ways. I was hiding behind a lot of brush and trees trying to shoot through small spaces. It was raining and the sun was breaking through, which created interesting lighting. But I never dreamed of capturing rain drops on the branches that would act like miniature magnifying glasses.
