Foxes are very resilient and resourceful animals, especially those that live in an urban environment such as a city. During the pandemic a female fox and her kits made their home in a den under the boardwalk in the Beaches area of Toronto. The fox kits would emerge each morning from the den cautious of the humans passing by above. After some hesitation this fox kit made it out of its den to explore its new surroundings.
