I photographed these two young barn swallows on a late July evening beside the causeway that leads to Long Point. Swallows are very difficult to get a focus on because they never seem to fly in a straight line for more than a few meters at a time. I felt extremely lucky to get both of them in focus and with great wing positions as they fluttered around so close together.
