We're so lucky to have such a large Provincial Park right in the city of Calgary. It covers almost 4 times the area of Central Park in New York City and is home to a vast amount of wildlife. It also has a wide variety of trees and plants - from the riverine, to the grasslands, to the parklands to the deep spruce forest. This colourful snap was captured in the denseness on the hill from Midnapore area across from Bow Valley Ranche.
