I was waterfowl watching when some movement along the shoreline in front of me caught my eye. An Ermine was on the hunt! It chased a vole out from the rocks onto the shallow water before catching it and returning back to the shelter of the shoreline rubble. I managed to get a photo as the Ermine was carrying the vole between spaces in the rocks.
