I love Wolves and have seen a number them over the years. This was a wonderful experience seeing this Algonquin Wolf hunting on the ice! I had seen a Beaver just before seeing this beautiful wolf. She was smelling the air and looking all over the ice. She also had to test an area to cross, as there were still some open areas of water. I watched as she made her way around the whole lake. While she did not catch her prey, it was such an amazing experience for me to witness!
